All Inclusive Package :  $750 (plus 6% tax)

  • In-person consultation to help us plan the perfect session 
  • Detailed Welcome Packet to inspire and assist you in what to wear, what to bring, ordering and displaying your images
  • Two-hour photo session, up to four outfits and locations 
  • A set of 4x6 hand-edited prints from your session (up to 25 images) nestled in an Amish-crafted, engraved keepsake box 
  • All edited high resolution digital files (for archival purposes and to make & share additional prints) on USB
  • A custom documentary video from your session day
  • Custom Brag Album of your favorite images (up to 20 images) OR an additional set of 25 4x6 prints (no pose restrictions)
  • Optional (*but HIGHLY recommended*) professional hair and makeup services available $55 per service

You may pay with any combination of cash, check, and/or credit card payments.  A session deposit ($300) is due at the time your date is booked. This guarantees that your date is secured. Your session date is not completely secure until session fee is received.  Your remaining balance MUST be paid on or before your session day.  Flexible payment plans are available, just ask!

Sessions outside a 35-mile radius of 25411 (Berkeley Springs, WV) will accrue a travel fee of $50.

Destination shoots are always a possibility, let's make it happen!

To ensure that I can deliver the highest quality of service to my clients while striving to be a dedicated wife and mother, I take on a very limited number of sessions per month.  I typically book anywhere from 3 to 6 months in advance. Yes, it truly does break my spirit every time I must tell someone I'm already booked for the timeframe they desire.  Think ahead, BOOK EARLY! Every session with me includes an in-person consultation to talk about locations, styling, and session ideas. This is SO critical to the amazing success of your images, so please take advantage!  You will also get to scope out all of the fun products I offer and this will allow you and I to get to know each other over dessert first, instead of me sticking a huge camera in your face within the first few minutes after we meet!

I know some FABULOUS professional makeup artists and hair stylists who are available {on a first-come first serve basis} for all types of sessions. I cannot put into words the amazingness of what these ladies do that adds to the experience of your session!   Another reason to book EARLY!

So what are you paying for when you book with me?

  • In-person consultation before session day
  • Late night, emoji-filled texts about your outfits, including the pictures you send me from the American Eagle dressing room
  • Session scouting/planning and equipment preparation
  • Session travel
  • The time and talent of your fearless photographer, so get ready...I'm a handful
  • 2-hour session with laughs, hair obsessing, and weird strangers staring at us
  • Retouching and designing (obsessing over) the final edit of your images
  • A guarantee.  I stand behind my work 200% and promise that you'll love your images as much as I do

How do I book a session?

You can contact me via the Contact link above or Facebook.  Once we find a suitable date, we will determine your preferred method of payment for your session fee.  Your paid session fee locks in your date and guarantees no other conflicts.  I typically book anywhere from 3 to 6 months in advance.  Yes, REALLY, don't wait.  

We like you and all, Suzanne, but how long is this process from start to finish?

So glad you asked!  We will meet a few weeks before your session date for a brief consultation at a mutually convenient location for everyone.  Then, after spending at least 2 hours together on session day, I'll post a few sneak peeks up on social media for you to swoon over until the real thing arrives.  Approximately six weeks after your session, the keepsake box, prints, slideshow and digitals will be in your hands!

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO MY SESSION?

What if it rains on my session day?!

It happens more than you think.  I stalk all weather channels for a few days before your session date and if feasible, will wait until the morning of, to make the call as to whether we will need to reschedule.  Hey, it happens but sometimes it's for the best, we just don't know it.  Your session fee will always transfer to your rescheduled session date.

When is the full $750 (plus tax) due?

A $300 retainer/deposit is due at the time you book your session.  Your remaining balance must be paid on or before your session day.  If you require a more flexible payment option, just ask!  You will not receive your products until your balance is paid in full.

DO YOU TAKE THE FORMAL YEARBOOK IMAGE?

No, I do not.  Contact your high school to find out if they have scheduled the yearbook photographer already or who they may recommend in your area.

DO YOU SHOOT WEDDINGS?
